‘Maya’ is undoubtedly the leading lady of our lineup. Maya is a single origin roast from a famous farm not unlike specialty coffee from the Americas or Africa. This blend is best characterized for its white floral aromas and smooth body with hints of sweet and sour notes from the berry family.

It is processed through Red Honey process, a fermentation process that extends the drying time of the beans by fermenting and drying in the shade, in order to bring out those flavors more clearly. This will help pull the coffee to taste even more sweet before being light roasted to become our Maya coffee. The character that comes out is both sweet and soft like a mass of white flowers with a mellow flavor. We believe that many people will fall in love with this coffee with all their hearts. Just like the name we gave it: “Maya”, which comes from “Maya Bay”, the mysterious bay in Thailand that is famous all over the globe and is one of 20 top destinations to visit in the world.
